Stunning Art Deco emerald and diamond engagement ring set in a bypass style yellow gold and platinum setting. A dark green emerald cut emerald is set at an angle with a single cut diamond on either side. Framing the emerald is an engraved leaf shaped design. The design continues down the top of the shank leading to a D shape profile 18ct gold band. Circa 1930s, British in origin.

Emerald: emerald cut, approx 4.15 mm - 2.7 mm. Some minor facet and girdle wear visible under magnification, commensurate with age.

Diamonds: 2 single cut, approx 0.05 carats together.

Stamped 18ct & PLAT. Professionally tested and assessed as 18 carat gold with the gemstones set into a platinum top.
