Antique garnet earrings dating to the Victorian era. These Bohemian style earrings are formed from seven brilliantly coloured deep red garnets. The garnets are faceted on top and set into a flower style cluster design. These earrings had a life before becoming earrings. The garnets are set into a white metal and 9 carat gold pierced ear wires have been added to the back to make earrings. Circa late 1800s, date of conversion unknown.
