Victorian old mine cut diamond and cultured pearl five stone ring. This antique ring is set with alternating diamonds and half pearls. The gemstones are claw set across the top of the finger forming a half hoop design to a plain shank. The diamonds are a pretty tinted top light brown colour between silvery white coloured cultured pearls. Circa mid Victorian, 1870s, likely British in origin.
Diamonds: 3, old mine cut, approx 0.30 carats total weight. Visibly tinted in colour, SI2 / I1 clarity.
Cultured half pearls: 2, silvery white in colour, approx 3.8 mm.
Not marked, professionally tested and assessed as 15 carat gold.
Size: UK - R 1/2; US - 9; EU - 19. This ring can be sized down to P / 7.75 and up to T.5 / 10.
Measures approx 5.4 mm wide with gemstones set 16.35 mm across the finger, and stands 3 mm tall off the finger.
Weighs 2.45 grams.
