Old mine cut diamond dress ring in a navette shape. This antique diamond ring features an eye catching 17 old mine cut diamonds! The centre three diamonds are the largest and are graduated in size with 14 smaller diamonds framing them. The diamonds are set into a platinum top and lined with a milgrain edge. This ring dates to the late 19th century, likely European in origin.
