Antique two tone watch chain dating to the early 20th century. This chain alternates with links of 9 carat rose gold and silver. Each of the end sections is rose gold with a large rose gold dog clip on each side. A matching t-bar is attached to this chain by jump ring and slides along the length. The two dog clips and t bar allow this chain to be worn a number of ways. The t bar could be fixed into place to best wear it with a pocket watch, or removed entirely so that this is wearable as a chain for a pendant. Circa 1900, British in origin.

Stamped 9c on both dog clips and tested and assessed as 9 carat gold for the two dog clips, t-bar, and rose coloured links. The white coloured links test as silver, we've tested them as 800 silver, slightly different to the modern British standard of 925.

Measures 40 cm / 15.75 inches end to end and is approx 3.2 mm wide.
