Antique 9 carat gold fancy link chain. Long lean open links are joined together with small knotted style links. Both ends of this chain are connected to small jump rings and this piece closes with a barrel clasp. This is a heavier weight chain with the longer links still keeping a narrower look. It looks fantastic worn alone or could easily accommodate a pendant or locket. Circa turn of the 20th century.

Marked 9 ct on a tag near the clasp and tested as 9 carat gold.

Measures 44 cm / 17.33 inches long, and approx 2.6 mm at the widest point.
