Antique 14 carat yellow gold chain necklace. This chain is composed of evenly shaped oval links with each engraved around in a fine ridged design. The design is subtle but far from plain. A matching bolt clasp, with a little ridged top on the spring bolt clasp, secures this necklace. Late 19th to early 20th century, either American or Continental European in origin.

Marked 14 on the bolt clasp and tested as 14 carat gold throughout.

Measures 43 cm / 17 inches long and is approx 2.15 mm wide.

Weighs 5.7 grams.
